In the upper right corner of the page, next to the profile menu icon, there is a notification bell. A red dot with a white number indicates how many unread messages are waiting for the user. If the red dot is not displayed, there are no new messages.
Click on the bell to open the message center. New messages are displayed in bold, while read messages appear in grey and remain in the notification center until deleted by clicking the bin icon.
Clicking on a message opens it and reveals more detailed information.
A label in the lower-left corner of the message indicates its type.
Clicking the check mark icon marks the message as read. These messages are no longer counted in the red dot indicator.
Messages are user-specific, and all messages for registered hotels are shown regardless of which hotel or chain is currently selected.
