Connectivity Options
We can connect to Fidelio Suite8 in 2 ways:
- we load hotel level data via a scheduled report (See below)
Additional Option:
- we can also load reservations and blocks via a custom interface, installed by our Oracle partner (InnConcept). This adds lots of detailed analytical data to the system like segments data, rate code data, channels,...
The cost is roughly at 400 EUR for the installation.
- we can also install a 2-way interface, pushing day types to Suite8 - contact us individually for the requirements.
Report Setup
The report is known as: „FCR_PMS_4340” - "History Forecast - Occupancy definite/tentative (with Day Use), incl net Room Revenue". Sometimes the report can also be found under the name „FCR_PMS_4342”.
NB. kindly ask your Fidelio Support in case there are issues. Normally the report is standardized and the same in every version/property.
Setup
Copy Standard Report „FCR_PMS_4340” and rename it to “Hotellistat_Export” (or similar)
On the bottom, in the Parameters edit the following setting.
Start Date (FROM): „today minus 35 days“
End Date (TO): „today plus 365 days in the future“
Gross or Net: net
Dayuse: include revenues
In Scheduled Report (DE: Geplante Aufgaben):
Add a new scheduled report and add the previously created Hotellistat_Export report file.cSchedule the report to be sent as excel to the provided hotel’s email address after Night Audit.
IMPORTANT: depending on your Suite8 Setup, it could be the case that you need to enter the parameters from point 1 again into the scheduled report setup. Please check the Report Definition Setup:

Please note: if you want to have more data in the future in Hotellistat you can change the End Date, but please not less then 365 days.
