User Authentication

Update your email address and change your account password from the Authentication screen.

The Authentication screen is where you change your authentication information and credentials, including your email address and your password.

In-app location: Settings → User → Authentication

What you can do

  • See your current email address.

  • Request a change to a new email address.

  • Change your account password.

How to update your email address

  1. Go to Settings → User → Authentication. Your current email address is shown at the top.

  2. Enter your new address in the New email address field.

  3. Select Set new email address.

How to change your password

  1. In the Change your password section, enter Your old password.

  2. Enter your New password. Use the eye icon to show or hide what you type.

  3. Re-enter it in Repeat new password.

  4. Select Set new password.

Good to know

  • Your password needs to contain at least 8 characters, at least 1 number or special character, at least 1 lowercase letter, and at least 1 uppercase letter.

  • The two password entries must match before you can submit.

  • If you've already requested a new email address, the pending request is shown along with how long ago you made it. You can remove that request before submitting a new one.
