Pro Settings is your central table for configuring advanced settings across your hotel, with separate hotel-wide defaults and your own personal defaults.

What you can do
Review every advanced setting grouped by section: General, Pricing, Analytics, Intelligence, and Reputation.
Set your own User Default for each setting.
If you're a Superuser, set the Hotel Default and control whether each setting is visible in Easy mode, Pro mode, or both.
Reset individual settings, or reset everything at once.
What you'll see
A table with columns for Section, Setting, Hotel Default, User Default, Visible Easy, and Visible Pro.
Each setting shows its name and a short description.
If you aren't a Superuser, the Hotel Default and visibility columns are dimmed and locked, with a Superuser Access Required note.
How to update your settings
Find the setting you want in its section.
Adjust your User Default using the control provided.
If you're a Superuser, set the Hotel Default and toggle the Visible Easy and Visible Pro checkboxes as needed.
Select Save.
How to reset settings
Select Reset on a setting to return your user default to the hotel default value.
As a Superuser, select Reset for all users of hotel to reset that setting for everyone.
As a Superuser, select Reset all settings for all users of hotel to reset every setting at once.
Good to know
When your user default matches the hotel default, it follows the hotel default automatically. Only settings you've changed are saved as personal overrides.
Hotel defaults and visibility settings can only be modified by Superusers.
