Reputation Group Statistics puts review performance for all the hotels in your group into a single table, so you can benchmark properties against each other at a glance.
In-app location: Reputation → Group Statistics
What you'll see
One row per hotel, with these columns:
Hotel — the property name.
Review count — total reviews in the selected period.
Response count — how many reviews received a response.
Index — the review index, shown as a percentage.
Ranking — the property's ranking, shown as a percentage.
Recommendation — the recommendation rate, shown as a percentage.
NPS — Net Promoter Score, calculated from the share of positive minus negative reviews.
Response rate — responses as a percentage of eligible reviews.
Good, Neutral, and Bad — the count of reviews in each sentiment bucket.
Composition — a stacked bar visualizing the positive (green), neutral (yellow), and bad (red) split.
A Summary/Average row at the bottom totals the counts and averages the percentage metrics across all hotels.
What you can do
Benchmark every hotel in the group on review volume, sentiment, and responsiveness in one view.
Switch the active group or hotel selection to refresh the table for that set of properties.
Change the global date range to compare any period.
Resize columns to focus on the metrics you care about.
Good to know
The table pulls data per hotel. If you lack access to some properties, a note above the table tells you how many hotels were skipped for insufficient rights.
