This manual shows how to schedule the Business on the Books Report (name may vary) for Suite 8:
The report is known as: „FCR_PMS_4340” - "History Forecast - Occupancy definite/tentative (with Day Use), incl net Room Revenue" – kindly ask your Fidelio Support in case there are issues. Sometimes the report can also be found under the name „FCR_PMS_4342”.
Normally the report is standardized and the same in every version/property.
Setup
Copy Standard Report „FCR_PMS_4340” and rename it to “Hotellistat_Export” (or similar)
On the bottom (Parameters) edit:
Start Date (FROM): „today minus 35 days“
End Date (TO): „today plus 365 days in the future“
Gross or Net: net
Dayuse: include revenues
2. In Scheduled Report:
Add a new scheduled report and add the previously created Hotellistat_Export report file. (See following screenshot)
Schedule the report to be sent as excel to the provided hotel’s email address after night audit / end of day, and prior business hours, once per day.

IMPORTANT: depending on your Suite8 Setup, it could be the case that you need to enter the parameters from point 1 again into the scheduled report setup. Please check the Report Definition
