Channel Manager Settings

Review your hotel's channel manager connection settings, including credentials, data-pull options, and rate plan push rules.

The Channel Manager screen shows the settings that govern how Hotellistat connects to your hotel's channel manager. It's a read-only view, so you can review every value at a glance to confirm your integration is set up the way you expect.

What you'll see

Each setting that's configured for your hotel appears as a field. Depending on your integration, you may see any of the following:

  • Currency of the channel manager — the currency your channel manager uses.

  • External property code — your property's code inside the WebHotelier system.

  • Username — the username used to authenticate against the WebHotelier Application Programming Interface (API).

  • Password — the password used to authenticate against the WebHotelier API.

  • Pull statistics data from the front end — whether statistics data is pulled from the channel manager.

  • Pull prices and restrictions from the front end — whether prices and restrictions are pulled from the channel manager.

  • Pull setup information from the settings — whether setup information is pulled from the channel manager.

  • Pushable rate plan names — a comma-separated list of strings that identify rate plans by name for inclusion in rate management. When empty, all rate plans are pushable.

  • Non-pushable rate plan states — a comma-separated list of rate plan states that are excluded from management and push.

  • Post-processing price relative — the relative post-processing price adjustment.

How to review your channel manager settings

  1. Go to Settings → Hotel → PMS → Channel Manager.

  2. Wait a moment while the settings load for your selected hotel.

  3. Review each field that appears. Only settings that are configured for your hotel are shown.

Good to know

All fields on this screen are read-only, so you can't edit them here. If a value needs to change, reach out to your Hotellistat contact. If a setting isn't shown, it isn't currently configured for your hotel.
