Fairmas is a Berlin-based company that provides web-based financial planning, controlling, and reporting software specifically for hotels and hotel groups.
Exchange data between Fairmas and Hotellistat. Use both systems with a 2-way connection to benefit from a different perspective! Use additional widgets to display KPIs from Fairmas easily and directly in Hotellistat.
Hotellistat can import budgets and forecasts from FairPlanner and send a forecast to FairPlanner.
Please note this function only works if your contract includes the Budget & Forecast function.
Connection
The interface needs to be setup in FairPlanner.
In FairPlanner go to Inferface > Property > Rate Shopper
You need to set up a Property-ID.
Additional we need the Tenant-ID.
Please send these IDs to you customer success manager via the ARIS ChatBot in the tool. We will install your interface!
In & Export
after the connection has been established, when you export a budget or forecast in FairPlanner it will arrive in the ARIS Budget & Forecast page
we can export the forecast from Hotellistat to FairPlanner. This happends on a daily basis. You can choose between the ARIS forecast or your own activa forecast. Please inform us which forecast you wish to export. We can export in segments or on House Level (Segment is House), please inform us also which option you would like to set.
