Setup connection

  • Conntact Hotellistat support for the hotel ID

  • Providing Sihot with this hotel id ([email protected]), which is part of the SFTP key pair, which Sihot will generate

  • This SFTP key pair needs to be communicated to Hotellistat for the connection, which consist of:

  • Hotellistat will install the key pair and create the SFTP access (15348 is our port)

  • Sihot will send the data files and we import them

Derivations and Pricing

The derivation setup follows the standard logic of rate code, category and pax.

SIHOT allows for prices up to 6 PAX to be sent, or an extra adult price.
To set up the extra adult, add a node with a PAX value of one more than the maximum of the category:

Setting a price would then result in the corresponding supplements:

As SIHOT always needs a baseprice (Basispreis) the PAX 1 price is the base price and is also sent as 1 Adult (1 Erw) to SIHOT. Other adult prices have to be supplements, so we calculate the correct supplement and send it to SIHOT:

  • 1 adult price is the same as the base price (+0)

  • 2 adults in DZK are +10 EUR

  • Extra adult is +75 EUR
