Installation / Ordering:

sign a contract with Hotellistat
sign a contract with Casablanca
Hotellistat will install the interface together with Casablanca, and let you know once ready to use

Interface type	2-way, installation via Casablanca, usually in weeks / days, no cost involved
Loading data	automatically: reservations manual setup: rate codes categories derivations prices: cannot be loaded restrictions: cannot be loaded
Initial data load	as long as wanted into past (usually 2 years) as long as reservations available into the future same time last year: immediately available (artificial creation of all historic snapshots) LY act: immediately available
Data types	House Room Segment Blocks [not available] Booking Code [not available] Channel [not available] Company [not available] Nationality [not available] Guarantee Code [not available] Promo Code [not available] Rate Plans Room Numbers [not available] Source Travel agents [not available] Status codes
KPI's / Data	Supported Revenue Types: Definite Optional Cancelled room nights bed nights room revenue ADR, RevPAR Arrivals, Departures Adults, Children To come: F&B Revenue (past only)
Data update frequency	hourly
Price Push	as many rate codes as needed only rate-room-person price is sent to the PMS children prices & buckets are supported Full & Delta Push possible, monthly full push recommended (fast API) Casablanca supports 300 price-room entries to be updated at once)
Derivations / Pricing	rate code with room categories and person amounts, including children with age buckets only own derivations, no derivation setup can be loaded
Restrictions	currently restrictions are not supported via Casablanca
Specials / Attention	only room revenue is supported at the moment

Setup

Setup Room Categories and Rate Codes manually
Setup Derivation manually, including Adult and Child price nodes
fb_codes and other_codes need to be set according to service inventory codes of reservation services (to be provided by hotel)

Note

At the moment it is only possible to send rates to the Casablanca PMS. Casablanca is working on making restrictions possible as soon as possible.

ATTENTION:
Casablanca only supports 300 price-days to be sent!
