Rates codes and Room Categories can be loaded from Shiji.

The derivation is not being loaded from Shiji and need to be setup manually. It is sufficient to only setup the base rates in the derivation, however also derived rates can be send to the PMS.

In the derivation the "adult" nodes are available and can be used to set occupancy based prices.

Also "child" prices can be send, however child prices are surcharges and should be nulled first (mulpitpied by 0) in oder to set the surcharge with the help of a math node.
