Connect your Instagram account to bring your Instagram analytics into Hotellistat. Instagram connects through a Business or Creator account.
In-app location: Settings → Hotel → Social media → Instagram.
Before you start
Your Instagram account must be a Business or Creator account that is linked to your Facebook Page. As the in-app note states: "It is necessary to connect your instagram account to the facebook page in facebook page settings on the facebook website." Set this link up on Facebook first, then return to Hotellistat.
Connect your account
Go to Settings → Hotel → Social media → Instagram. The page header reads Instagram Accounts.
Select Authenticate (Business).
Instagram opens its login and permission screen. Sign in and approve the requested permissions — Hotellistat requests read-only access to your account's basic details and insights.
You're returned to Hotellistat. Your connected account appears with its username and profile picture.
Disconnect
To remove the connection, select the trash icon next to your account, then confirm. Your stored access is deleted and the analytics stop updating.
Troubleshooting
The connection fails or no account appears. Confirm your Instagram account is a Business or Creator account and that it's linked to your Facebook Page in Facebook's settings, then try again.
