Connect your Facebook Page once and Hotellistat keeps your Facebook analytics up to date automatically. You'll need admin access to the Facebook Page you want to track.
In-app location: Settings → Hotel → Social media → Facebook.
Connect your page
Go to Settings → Hotel → Social media → Facebook. The page header reads Facebook Pages.
Choose how to authenticate:
Authenticate — connect with your personal Facebook login that manages the Page.
Authenticate (Business) — connect through Facebook Business, recommended if your Page is managed in a Business portfolio.
Facebook opens its login and permission screen. Sign in and approve the requested permissions. Hotellistat requests read-only access to your Page insights and content — it never posts on your behalf.
You're returned to Hotellistat and your connected Pages appear in a list.
Select your primary page
If your login manages more than one Page, pick the one that represents this hotel. Use the checkbox next to a Page — the hint reads "Select the page that represents this hotel." The primary Page is the one Hotellistat uses for your Facebook analytics.
Disconnect
To remove the connection, select Disconnect Facebook, then confirm. Your stored access is deleted and the analytics stop updating.
Troubleshooting
"Facebook API request limit reached." Facebook temporarily limits how often we can authenticate. The buttons are disabled for a short period — wait a little while and try again.
"Authentication session is invalid." Start the connection again from the Facebook settings screen rather than reusing an old browser tab or link.
My Page isn't listed. Confirm your Facebook account has admin access to the Page, then re-authenticate.
